Sushi Bushido's Victor Heresa takes us through their Lollipop Roll, step by step.


Ingredients: cucumber, tuna, hamachi, salmon, skewers, sweet eel sauce, wasabi-coated sesame seeds, obachi


1) Cut the ends off of a cucumber and remove the skin (hollow it)

2) Put your fish into the cucumber skin (use tuna, hamachi, and fresh salmon).

3) Roll it up. Cut into 5 pieces.

4) Put the pieces of skewers, stick the other end of the skewer into a base created with other parts of the cucumber.

5) Brush on sweet eel sauce. Sprinkle on wasabi-coated sesame seeds.

6) Plate it with obachi.
