Chef Victor Heresa demonstrates Sushi Bushido’s signature Lollipop Roll: hollowed cucumber stuffed with tuna, hamachi or salmon, sliced and skewered, brushed with house sweet eel sauce and finished with wasabi‑coated sesame seeds. The restaurant is now permanently closed.
