Anahola Hawaiian Homes Association President Lorraine Rapozo discusses the Anahola Marketplace on Kauai.

"A lot of the products are made on Kauai" including red dirt shirts, bags, earrings, sun dresses, muumuus, leis, necklaces made from amatis and sterling silver, abalone shells and mother of pearl.

Food is also available at the Anahola Marketplace. "We also have a certified kitchen, people come from all over to use it - they make lau lau, jams, they make jellies, taro patties, anything you can think of."

Kale, the infamous huli huli chef, also reveals his secret recipe: shoyu sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic.

"We'd like more people to come here to see for themselves that this is not for one person, this is for everybody. It's for sustainability; to better our island and community especially."
