Sleeping Giant (Nounou Mountain)

A guided look at Sleeping Giant on Kauai’s East Side: a moderate 2–3.5 mile trail (each way) with ~1,000 feet of gain. The route passes lush forest and distinctive rock formations and ends at a picnic bench with sweeping views of the Pacific and Mt. Waialeale. Expect mud after rain; bring sturdy shoes and water.
