Daniel has recommended Leth, Gruner Veltliner (Wagram, Austria) 2011 because "It's very refreshing, it's one of the favorite grape varietals of sommelier to pick with food pairings. It goes really well with produce. This one has a lot of honey suckle and green apple aromas coming off of it."
