Welcome to Kickshaw's Food Truck! We are Seth and Paulette, the chef owners of this culinary adventure. Our goal is to break the boundaries of conventional food and encourage people to step outside of their food box. We're serving up unique and daring dishes that will tantalize your taste buds.

At Kickshaw's, we believe in pushing the limits of flavor. From camel steak to duck creations, we've done it all. But our pride and joy is our 100% Awesome Burger. This burger is a labor of love that takes us 30 hours to make. We start with a blend of 20% bacon, 80% chuck, and short rib. We grind the meat, allowing the muscle strands to align vertically, creating the perfect bite. Top it off with more bacon, cheddar cheese, and our signature black pepper onion marmalade, and you have the 100% Awesome Burger.

Every element of our food truck menu is designed to hit all five points of the flavor palette: bitter, sour, sweet, salty, and most importantly, umami. We want your taste buds to experience a symphony of flavors with every bite.

You can find us parked in the heart of Old Kōloa Town, right across from Sueoka Market, from Wednesday to Saturday. Join us between 11 am and 3 pm to embark on a culinary journey that will challenge your taste buds and leave you craving for more.
