The Bull Shed's Emerson takes us through their Seared Ahi with Wasabi Aioli, step by step.
Ingredients: butter, ahi steak, blackened spice, salt, pepper, rice or potato, teriyaki sauce (shoyu, ginger, garlic), lemon, green onion,
1) Butter the ahi
2) Season it with blackened spice (lightly)
3) Apply butter to a hot flattop
4) Lay the fish with the spice side down.
5) Cook the ahi until it's medium rare. Flip after a minute or so.
6) Put teriyaki sauce on the plate.
7) Lay the fish down along with the starch
8) Apply wasabi aioli.
9) Garnish with lemon and green onion.
