Princeville Wine Market's Daniel Braun teams up with Grow Culture's Collin Darrell to pair wine with local foods. Today's food: "ahi, sear it off, do an avocado mousse in a gazpacho-style with fresh tomatoes and cilantro. Do some green beans with brown butter and a beet tureen."


Daniel has recommended Domaine Michel Gros, Bourgogne Rouge (Burgundy, France) 2009 because "it's from the Burgundy area, and I picked it because the tannins are really light and it has good acidity. It's going to work well with the ahi."
